Questions
What is the difference between Exam Assistance and CampusOne?
Exam Assistance covers exams and results only. CampusOne runs the whole institution, including admission, fees, salary, library and transport.
Is it for madrasahs too?
Yes. Schools and madrasahs use the same package at the same price, and you can set your own classes, subjects and marks.
How do I pay?
You pay in advance for six months or for one year. Yearly payment is 25% less. There is no setup charge, one-time fee or hidden charge.
Can teachers enter marks from a phone?
Yes. Each teacher gets a separate login and enters marks from a phone or a computer. You can see which marks are still missing.
Can students and guardians see results online?
Yes. Once you publish an exam, they search by institute, class and roll. You get a direct link and a QR code to share.
Is SMS included?
No. Result SMS and bulk SMS are available, but SMS is charged separately.

- Pay the half-yearly or yearly charge in advance.
- SMS is not included in the package and is charged separately.
Conditions
- The software works as shown in the demo, so please check the demo before you confirm your order.
- Support hours may change on unofficial holidays.
- Support is not available on weekends.
- Service will be suspended if the half-yearly or yearly fee is not paid within 7 working days.
- Refund claims are not accepted more than 3 days after purchase.
- We may add or remove features and modules to improve the software.
